cheese ice cream??this might sounds strange.. but, as requested from someone who is a truly cheese lover.. i made this just for her..

she made it clear that she doesn't want just a simple  usual vanilla ice cream with cheddar cheese chunks on it .. and she wants cheese flavoured ice cream !

so, i managed to use creme fraiche and cream cheese as the main ingredients that resembles cheesecake but in a frozen form..

i made 2 batch ..the small one on the background is for me...:D
